Do I need to make an account to place an order?

You can shop at eMerchant Shop by either registering with us or using a guest account to check out. However, creating an account at eMerchant Shop allows you to manage your account details, review past purchases, saves your shipping details for future orders and gives you the benefit of staying up-to-date with our new collections or any sales/promotions

How do I place my order?

Orders can be placed while navigating our website as a registered user or even as a guest user. On any product page, select your size, color, the quantity you wish to purchase, and then press the “Add to Cart” button. This will open up your shopping cart where you may choose to continue shopping, or head on to checkout. On the checkout page, you may add/confirm your personal and shipping information, select payment option, and review your order before clicking on “Buy”

What kind of payment methods do you accept?

We Using Safe Payment as like PayPal and you can also use your any bank credit card for pay your dues. One your fund received. You will get payment receive conformation email. Details shall be provided to you on the checkout page when making a purchase. You will also find out a tracking id for track your product.

I have a discount voucher of eMerchant Shop. Can I utilize it for my online purchase?

We are really sorry but all kinds of discount vouchers can only be availed at the outlet and not on any online purchase.

How do I know that eMerchant Shop has received my order?

After you place your order on the website, an acknowledgement email will be sent to you from our website, as a confirmation of your order receiving. You will Receive the Tracking ID for Track your Order latest Status. For more information please see FAQ point related to order tracking below. Our customer representative will then further call you for a confirmation before your order is dispatched.

How can I track the status of my order?

You can receive Tracking Order ID including the Order Conformation by Email.

Can I modify or cancel my order once it is placed?

Your order cannot be modified or cancelled online once it is placed. In case of a cancellation or required modification of the order, you shall email our customer care department at support@emerchantshop.com or call us and speak to our customer care representative who shall make the required changes for you. In the event that we have to cancel your order because merchandise is out of stock, we will contact you with a follow up email.

How will I know the size that will fit me best?

Please refer to our size chart on our different product page & that shall guide you best!

What if an incorrect order or damaged item is delivered to me?

We take all measures to ensure that your correct order is delivered to you. However, in case of such an event, please contact us at sale@emerchantshop.com and we shall look into the matter as soon as possible

I forgot my account username & password. What should I do?
